Pam Arvidson
Administrator

As Vice President of CareWise Management, Inc. Pam’s current responsibilities include oversight of operations and marketing for Powell Valley Assisted Living and Memory Community. Throughout her career Pam has been dedicated to helping seniors continue to live their lives to the fullest in nurturing communities; at the same time she has continually sought ways to help staff members achieve their goals through training, education and mentoring.

Denise Zimmerman
Director of Resident Care Services

As Director of Resident Care Services Denise gets to know each new resident and works with them to develop a personalized service plan. She oversees all of the caregivers who meet these daily needs.

Flynn Phillips
Director of Facilities Maintenance

Residents rely on Flynn to make sure that everything is in working order. He is the one we call when we need computer expertise or even a leaky faucet fixed.

Robert Horton
Director of Food Service

Robert has been planning the menus and managing the dining room staff at Powell Valley since 1994. With an education in dietary management he works to ensure that all meals are healthy and tasty. Robert began his food service career working in restaurants at the age of 16 where he worked in a variety of positions from dishwasher to manager.
